Newcomer Associates is a twenty-four person architectural / engineering firm located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. We are currently licensed in 17 states. Our project types include assisted living, churches, hospitality, and assorted commercial and industrial work. The firm incorporates in-house structural, mechanical and electrical engineering for efficient project coordination, using negotiated and design / build contracts to provide cost and contractor insight. All documentation is computer generated and 3-D renderings are often created for owner use. Effective project team interaction and pleasant working conditions are stressed. Chambersburg's population is approximately 17,000 and is located one hour south of Harrisburg, PA, and two hours from Baltimore, MD and Washington, D.C. The area offers easy access to historic battlefields and railroads, outdoor recreation, golfing, skiing, and several small universities.
