Services Currently, the Firm is 22 persons strong with two registered architects, two architectural interns, two structural engineers, one project manager, two mechanical/electrical designers, three construction administrators, one specification writer, four technical persons and four clerical persons.  One of the engineers is a Certified Building Official.   Several key members of the Firm have extensive building construction background to go along with their design abilities and credentials. The range of services provided by the Firm include: Design and/or Construction Consultation Master Planning Programming Building Cost Studies Estimates Scheduling Schematic Design including 3-D Presentations Full Construction Documents Structural Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Design Bidding/Negotiation Coordination and Oversight Construction Representation Construction Management At the outset, each project is given careful consideration as to budget, level of quality, and constructability.  This is done to ensure that each client's needs are met with the highest quality building available within a pre-established budget.   Project sizes have ranged from less than $100,000.00 to more than $10,000,000.00.   More than 95% of the Firm's work involves the use of computers.  This includes:      Design and drafting (AutoCad Release 2000)      Specifications (SPECTEXT)      Word Processing (Word Perfect)      Accounting (QuickBooks Pro)      Structural Design (RISA 3D)      Mechanical Design (HAP 4.10) The Firm is constant in its efforts to upgrade hardware systems, software programs and techniques.  In-house training programs have been developed for all technical and clerical staff to help them stay current with the latest developments.
